Rinse very briefly the disc under water without moistening the decorated part.
Place the disc on the entremets and cover with a neutral topping.
Spread the topping with a spatula.
In case of appearance of air bubbles, for example you can prick with the tip of the knife to remove them.
Careful: during this manipulation, do not touch the printed part with your fingers. Entremets decorated with discs and covered with topping accept freezing.
